    If you are not completely satisfied with your order due to our production or fulfillment of your order, we can either replace or refund the item in part or in its entirety depending upon the situation.

    There are a few steps that need to be taken to provide a quick resolution:

    * Claims must be made (by email) within 5 days of receipt of product.
    * Confirm the product arrived on scheduled delivery date. Please track the package to verify the delivery date.
    * Please take a digital picture of the product in the condition it was received and email it to returns@voguegiftbaskets.com, along with your order # and any additional explanation of why you are dissatisfied.
    * Once you have completed the previous steps, give us a call at 855-268-6483 if you have questions.

    Terms and Exclusions:

    * We CAN replace or refund any orders that are delayed or diminished in quality due to the following: carrier mis-sorts, mechanical delays, deliveries by the courier to an address other than what was on the shipping label.
    * We CANNOT replace or refund any orders that include the following: incorrectly submitted delivery information (by sender), delayed delivery due to 'recipient unavailable to sign for the package' when a signature is necessary, diminished product quality due to 'recipient not available' at time of delivery (e.g. fruit or chocolate left on porch all day), delivery where the package was delivered to the facility (hospital, business, etc.) on the scheduled date but the company's internal delivery service failed, delivery to the correct address but it is later found out that the recipient had moved.
    * If a submitted delivery address is incorrect, all guarantees on delivery, service, and product quality are invalid, and a replacement or refund is not available.

    Please note:
    * Gift cards are not returnable

    Substitution Policy:
    In order to ship your items on time and provide the best possible customer experience, it is sometimes necessary to substitute one like product for another provided the substituted product is of equal or greater value.

    Returned Merchandise:
    Upon notification that a shipment has been returned because of customer refusal, we will refund the cost of the item, less a $20 restocking fee. We cannot refund the cost of the shipping. However, if it is determined that the shipment has been returned by our mistake, shipping may be refunded and the restocking fee will not apply. Customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs related to incorrect customer provided information.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
    * Book with obvious signs of use
    * CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
    * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    * Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
