Is my customer information safe?

Absolutely!  Our online store includes a 256-bit SSL certificate to keep your information and data secure.  All pages, content, credit card, and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks.

How do I get on your email list?

Click the red box to the right of your screen where it says "Subscribe now" (It's on the bottom of your screen on a mobile phone.)  That's the surest way to get notified about new products, sales, and discounts.

Why did I receive different items than shown in the product picture?

In order to ship your items on time and provide the best possible customer experience, it is sometimes necessary to substitute one like product for another provided the substituted product is of equal or greater value.

Do you create custom baskets/gifts?

Did you say special pricing for multi-order/bulk purchasing?

Yes, the more baskets/gifts you purchase, the higher the savings.  That applies to all customers and includes baskets/gifts that are purchased for a later date or any combination of dates.  If the multi-order purchase is made in the same transaction, special pricing will apply.  Contact us at info@voguegiftbaskets.com or call us at 855-268-6483 to discuss multi-order purchasing.

How late can I order and get same day processing?

Orders placed as late as 2pm CST will be processed and scheduled for same day shipment. However, during peak holiday periods (Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.), same day processing will be cut off at 1pm CST. 

When will I receive my order?

The average receipt for delivery of ground shipments is 4 days from the date of processing. Expedited delivery is available for an additional amount.
